Not Sew New

Not Sew New is a Melbourne label from Brunswick maker Ava Lauren, producing one-of-a-kind, made-to-order clothing and bags exclusively from surplus, remnant, and pre-existing textiles. Made-to-order means nothing is cut until someone wants it, so there is no deadstock of its own making. The aesthetic is playful and patchworked, the supply chain is other people's leftovers. It is the made-to-order proof point in our upcycled-fashion group.
