Fashion Revolution
fashionrevolution.org
Fashion Revolution was founded by Carry Somers and Orsola de Castro after the 2013 Rana Plaza factory collapse killed over 1,100 garment workers, asking the industry one relentless question: who made my clothes? It grew into the world's largest fashion activism movement, with Fashion Revolution Week each April and the annual Fashion Transparency Index scoring 250 of the biggest brands on disclosure. The index has become a fixture in how the industry gets held to account. It is the fashion-accountability movement in our non-profits collection.
