Chici Bongi is the solo creative project of South African artist Amber Rossouw, who works across illustration, lino and block printmaking, and wearable art. Pieces come in small batches made mostly from secondhand and upcycled materials, with printmaking at the heart of the practice. The result is folk-bright, hand-pulled work where the sustainability is in the sourcing rather than the slogan. She is one of the printmakers in our small-artists collection.
