Robin Greenfield

Robin Greenfield grew up in small-town Wisconsin, built a marketing company, then gave nearly everything away to live what he teaches, from growing 100 percent of his food for a year in Florida to wearing every piece of trash he generated for a month in New York. His projects are activism as performance art, designed to make consumption, waste, and simple living impossible to ignore. Between stunts he publishes practical guides on food freedom, foraging, and living with less, and donates his media income to grassroots groups.
