Anne-Marie Bonneau started her Zero-Waste Chef blog in 2014 after learning about plastic pollution and deciding her kitchen was the place to fight it, going plastic-free before it was a hashtag. She is famous for one sentence that outgrew her: we do not need a handful of people doing zero waste perfectly, we need millions doing it imperfectly.
