JLL

About JLL

JLL's lineage reaches back to a London auction house founded in 1783, taking its modern form in the 1999 merger of Jones Lang Wootton and LaSalle Partners.

The firm says it shapes the future of real estate for a better world, with a science-based commitment to net zero across its operations and managed portfolio by 2040.

It provides commercial real estate services: leasing, property and facilities management, capital markets, and sustainability consulting for building owners and occupiers.

An SBTi-validated net zero target and real influence over clients' building emissions are the strengths; the gap is that most of its footprint sits in client buildings, where progress is hard to verify from outside.
