Cartlow

Cartlow was founded in Dubai in 2019 by Mohammad Sleiman to build recommerce infrastructure for the Gulf, where returned and used goods had nowhere organized to go. The platform sells pre-owned, refurbished, and open-box products with warranties, and runs trade-in and reverse-logistics services for retailers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Every recovered device is one fewer import scrapped in a region with fast-growing e-waste. It gives our refurbished group its Middle East coverage.
